Elite Foot Care Policies
Elite Foot Care reserves the right to apply our policies at our discretion.
To enable us to provide the best care to our clients, we ask for advanced notice for appointment rescheduling or cancellations. The minimum amount of notice required to cancel/ reschedule without incurring a cancellation fee is:
- 24hrs for in-clinic appointments
- 48hrs for in-home podiatry appointments
Appointments which are cancelled or rescheduled after this time will incur 100% of the consultation fee. Payment of this fee is to be paid before or at the following appointment. Elite Foot Care reserves the right to engage in further provision of services until such time the cancellation fee has been paid.

You will receive a text message reminder 5days and 24hrs prior to your appointment, unless you have opted out of our text messaging service.
We understand that unexpected situations may arise. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to accommodate your situation. However, please note that cancellation fees may apply.
