We are looking for passionate Customer Service Agents to join our EFC family! As a member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring each client receives a warm, positive, and seamless experience from the first moment they make contact with our clinics. We have full time and part time opportunities available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Schedule appointments and manage client bookings efficiently.
- Answer questions and provide accurate information about our services.
- Handle inquiries and resolve client concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area.
- Collaborate with the podiatry team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Experience:
- Exceptional communication skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Previous customer service experience (experience in healthcare or wellness is a plus).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm for delivering outstanding client service.
- Confidence with computers and using technology- training in practice management systems and software provided.
