Pay: $23.97 – $29.04 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule: 8 hour shift

We are looking for passionate Customer Service Agents to join our EFC family! As a member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring each client receives a warm, positive, and seamless experience from the first moment they make contact with our clinics. We have full time and part time opportunities available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Schedule appointments and manage client bookings efficiently.
  • Answer questions and provide accurate information about our services.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve client concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area.
  • Collaborate with the podiatry team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Experience:

  • Exceptional communication skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Previous customer service experience (experience in healthcare or wellness is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Enthusiasm for delivering outstanding client service.
  • Confidence with computers and using technology- training in practice management systems and software provided.
