Mentoring & Support
We are a big believer in creating an environment of continuous growth and improvement. Because of this we schedule structured 1-on-1 mentoring with our Principal Podiatrist and paid CPD for professional development.
Paid Admin Time
We understand burnout and treatment fatigue so we provide two paid admin blocks per day. This allows our Podiatrists to complete all the paperwork that comes with treating. You will also never be without admin support.
